Ashley McGuire of Massachusetts is looking for her husband, who left her and their two children a year ago. To find him, Ashley posted on Facebook and said that she wanted to test the power of Facebook and her post went viral.
Former TV chef Charles Withers contacted his wife after reading her Facebook post. After reacquainting herself with her husband, Ashley McGuire deleted her Facebook account. Ashley wrote in her Facebook post that she is looking for Charles Widdersee because she needs to sign some documents and wants to finish her case after they are signed. Ashley said it’s hard to break up with someone you don’t have a relationship with. Charles has no contact with any of his children. He did not even see one of the children.
Someone shared Ashley’s Facebook post with X. Within twenty-four hours, dozens of women contacted him, saying they knew a man named Charles. As Charles settled down, Ashley took to social media to thank those who helped her. Ashley wrote that she had no intention of harming Charles. She is happy with her children and starting a new life.
