Additional District and Sessions Judge Rana Sahil heard the murder case of former MPA Chaudhry Adnan. The court yesterday reserved its decision on the suspects’ bail application. Sessions Judge Rana Sahil, in a reserved order, rejected the bail plea of league leader Chaudhry Tanveer and ordered his arrest.
Independent candidate Chaudhry Adnan died in an assassination attempt during the PP-19 election.
The court accepted the bail applications of Daniyal Chaudhry, Osama Chaudhry and Chaudhry Chaudhry, allowing them to continue in court this morning.
