Pakistani actors Hassan Ahmed and his wife, actress and model Sunita Marshall, have discussed their children’s religion in detail.
Hassan Ahmed and Sunita Marshall participated in a podcast hosted by former actress and beautician Masarrat Misbah where they were asked questions about religion.
During the interview, Hassan Ahmed talked about how he expects his children to follow Islam and does not believe that they will choose Christianity. He expressed his belief that his children would follow the principles of Islam.
On the other hand, actress Sunita Marshall mentioned that matters regarding their children’s religion are simple for them. Even before the wedding, they decided that their children would be followers of Islam.
She further stated that she had already decided before the marriage that instead of facing the confusion between two different religions, their children would be followers of one religion and they would follow their father’s religion.
Another question was asked during the program: “If your children go abroad to study and when they return they express a desire to follow Christianity instead of Islam, what would be your reaction?”
