SWAT: A ceremony was held at the University of Swat to distribute Fee Support Letters for the Fall Semester 2025 among 50 students affected by the recent floods. The initiative was jointly organized by the University of Swat and the Kohatian Foundation (KF) to assist students facing financial difficulties due to flood-related losses.

Dr. Tariq Khan, representing the Kohatian Foundation, and Prof. Dr. Hassan Sher, Vice Chancellor of the University of Swat, attended the event as chief guests. Other notable attendees included Treasurer Dr. Arshad Ali Khan, Director SMC Prof. Dr. Hazrat Bilal, Director Financial Aid Office Prof. Dr. Umar Hayat, Registrar Fayyaz Ahmad Khan, and Director IT Hamdullah Younas.

Addressing the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Hassan Sher praised the Kohatian Foundation for its consistent support and meaningful contribution to student welfare and regional development after the July 2025 floods. He noted that such partnerships are vital for ensuring that deserving students continue their education without financial barriers.
