California: The latest beta version of WhatsApp (2.24.14.5) has introduced a new shortcut for users to quickly and easily reply to video messages.
This update from sister company Meta is a major step towards speeding up video interactions in apps, making them smoother and more natural. A new shortcut that looks like a small button will be placed next to the video message in the chat.
Clicking this button will immediately open the video recorder, allowing users to create and send video responses without having to navigate multiple menu items. This feature aims to simplify the process, save time and effort of the user.
WhatsApp is doing everything to become the leading platform for text and video messages.
Currently, this feature is only available for beta testers. However, it is expected to be rolled out to all users soon.
