LAHORE, August 11, 2026: Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) Chief Executive Officer Imran Amin has reviewed progress on major development projects, including CBD Vertex, CBD Walk and NSIT City, and directed officials and contractors to ensure timely completion while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Imran Amin, CEO of the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), inspected the project sites along with senior technical and project management officials, as well as representatives of NESPAK and contractors.
During the inspections, project teams briefed the CEO on construction progress, finishing works and key technical milestones.
CBD Vertex Finishing Work Nears Completion
At CBD Vertex, exterior elevation tile installation and digital screen work are nearing completion, while epoxy flooring and the parking management system have also entered their final stages.
Officials said finishing activities are being accelerated in line with the project schedule.
CBD Walk Grey Structures Completed
At CBD Walk, the grey structures of all units have been completed.
Exterior elevation tile work is progressing, while other finishing and development activities are also being carried out according to the approved timeline.
NSIT City Entrance and Celestia Tower Progress
At NSIT City, the main structure of the central entrance gate has been completed, while construction of the main entrance passage is nearing completion.
Façade work on the multi-storey Celestia IT & Office Tower is also progressing.
Following the site visits, Imran Amin chaired a detailed progress review meeting covering project schedules, construction standards and architectural requirements.
He directed officers, engineers and contractors to complete the projects within stipulated timelines without compromising on construction quality, durability or safety.
CBD Punjab Focuses on Timely, High-Quality Delivery
Imran Amin said CBD Punjab was working to develop modern urban infrastructure and support economic activity across Punjab.
He stressed that timely delivery, durability and construction quality remained key priorities, particularly as the authority seeks to create modern facilities for businesses, investors and the public.
The CEO also directed relevant departments to maintain close coordination and ensure that all work remains aligned with approved timelines, quality benchmarks and safety requirements.
