Islamabad Police promotions reflect merit and professionalism: Zubair Taimoor

ISLAMABAD — Deputy Chairman of the Police and Civil Administration Committee of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), Zubair Taimoor, has congratulated Islamabad Police officers on their promotion to BPS-19, describing the advancement as a reflection of merit and professional excellence.

The promoted officers include Sarfraz Virk, Jameel Zafar, Usman Tariq Butt, and Captain (R) Syed Zeeshan Haider. Taimoor said their elevation in rank highlights their hard work, integrity and professional competence.

He praised the performance of the Islamabad Capital Territory Police in maintaining law and order and safeguarding lives and property in the federal capital. He also acknowledged the leadership of Ali Nasir Rizvi, Inspector General of Islamabad Police, for promoting modern policing standards.

According to Taimoor, the force has strengthened public trust under its current leadership and continues to enhance operational effectiveness. He expressed confidence that the promoted officers will uphold professional values and serve as role models for younger members of the service.
