Lahore, February 14, 2026: Chief Executive Officer of Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) Imran Amin conducted a detailed inspection of development work at CBD NSIT City, reviewing construction progress and quality benchmarks at the project site.
During the visit, the CEO examined multiple components of the ongoing development, with particular attention to finishing materials planned for the public realm. Samples of tiles, granite, planters, street lighting and pathway illumination systems were reviewed to assess compliance with approved design and quality standards.
Senior officials from CBD Punjab, including directors from technical, architecture, construction, engineering and project management divisions, accompanied the visit. Representatives from NESPAK and project contractors were also present.
Officials said the review focused on maintaining construction timelines and ensuring that materials and workmanship meet specified standards. Instructions were issued to accelerate work where feasible while maintaining quality controls.
CBD NSIT City is being developed as a dedicated technology-focused urban zone aimed at strengthening Lahore’s infrastructure for information technology and innovation-driven businesses.
The project is positioned as a key component of broader urban development efforts in Punjab, with authorities emphasizing structured oversight and phased implementation.
