ATTOCK, March 31: Chairman Pakistan Business Forum Europe Sardar Zahoor Iqbal said Pakistan’s global image has improved due to its diplomatic strategy and leadership, urging overseas Pakistanis and investors to consider opportunities in the country despite global uncertainties.
Speaking to Attock Press Club Chairman Sheikh Faisal Javed over the phone, Zahoor Iqbal said Pakistan’s foreign policy approach has helped strengthen its position internationally, with growing recognition in Europe, the United States and other regions.
He said the leadership of Field Marshal General Syed Asim Munir has been acknowledged globally for professional capabilities, while Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s foreign policy strategy has contributed to enhancing Pakistan’s standing on the world stage.
Referring to ongoing global tensions, including developments involving Iran, Israel and the United States, Zahoor Iqbal described Pakistan’s role as balanced and responsible, adding that such an approach has been appreciated internationally.
He noted that while global uncertainties could impact economic conditions, investors should make informed decisions. He encouraged overseas Pakistanis to explore investment opportunities, saying the current environment offers potential for stable and profitable returns.
Zahoor Iqbal added that the government and national leadership remain focused on economic stability, and Pakistan’s diplomatic posture reflects a direction aimed at long-term growth and international engagement.
