ATTOCK: The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Careers Punjab organized the Job Fair 2026 at the Government College of Technology Attock, aiming to strengthen connections between skilled youth and leading industries.
The initiative, held under the vision of TEVTA Punjab Chairperson Brigadier (R) Sajid Khokhar SI(M) and DG Operations-II Aamir Aziz, provided a platform for employment opportunities and industry linkages. President Tarnol Industrial Estate Islamabad Asim Bin Kazim attended as special guest, while guests of honor included Additional Deputy Commissioner General Attock Anil Saeed, PML-N ticket holder for PP-3 Malik Hameed Akbar Khan, General Manager Suzuki Campbell Motors Dr. Anwar Ahmed Aziz, CEO Digital Essential Pakistan Lubna Ali, Qurban Trust UK donor Nadeem Muhammad, and several representatives from local chambers of commerce and TEVTA officials.
More than 2,000 students registered for the fair, with over 1,300 participants from Attock district. Over 40 organizations took part, including KSB Pumps, NAYATE One Network, Haval, Suzuki, Toyota, and Digital Essential Pakistan. Employers received more than 1,300 CVs, offered jobs to over 500 candidates on the spot, and shortlisted more than 400 for future opportunities.
Organizers said the job fair is an important step toward bridging the gap between technical education and industry needs, creating real employment opportunities for TEVTA graduates. They expressed gratitude to industrial partners for placing their trust in the region’s skilled youth.
